One of our focal points is advising on acquisitions and sales (M&A) of medium-sized businesses and international investors. We have experience in all of the relevant transaction variants: LBOs, MBOs, MBIs, trade sales, asset deals and share deals and act both for the purchaser and the seller.
We provide extensive advice, from the strategic positioning of the company or the systematic analysis of possible purchase objects up to the negotiation of the contract of sale. We support our client during the process by acting as its ‘external corporate finance department' so that it can continue to concentrate on its day-to-day business.
